Low season: Jan 11 to Jun 30 (Excluding CNY and Easter), Sept to Dec 19 - Min Stay 3 nights

 

High season: Chinese new year, Easter week and July (Jul 01-31) - Min Stay 5 nights

 

Peak season: August (Aug 01-31) and Christmas / New Year’s Eve (Dec 20 - Jan 10) - Min Stay 7 nights

All rates include unlimited Wifi internet, villa staff, first breakfast and airport transfer on arrival.

These rates are for up to 6 people. 3 extra beds are available in the mezzanine at EUR 30 / night each.

Check-in from 3pm and check-out before 12am.

Late check-out possible upon availability and subject to extra 50% of one night price before 6pm, and 100% after 6pm.

50% deposit is required upon booking and balance must be paid one month before arrival by bank transfer or on arrival by cash.
